Return and Replacement Policy:
Unless otherwise specified by the warranty agreement or regulatory
requirements, customers have the right to request a replacement for products
purchased from Kizpro Store within seven days of receiving the product. No
replacement requests will be accepted after this seven-day period.
To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be in good
condition, and customers must not have used the product or derived any benefit
from it. Kizpro reserves the right to inspect the product before processing a
replacement to ensure its integrity.
Customers cannot request a replacement in the following
situations:
When the product is custom-made according to the customer's
specifications, with exceptions for products found to be defective or not
meeting the customer's specified requirements.
For products like videotapes, discs, CDs, or software that have
been used.
For items classified as publications, such as newspapers,
magazines, books, or similar materials.
When any damage to the product results from the customer's
mishandling.
When the contract involves the purchase of downloadable software
products online.
Return Policy:

as long as this action is in line with the warranty agreement and regulatory
requirements. After the seven-day period, returns will not be accepted.
